All our clients are booked for the evening. So we do not give clients a billable hour. We do not offer any Time limits. So Party on...

I had to pull together a New Orleans style birthday dinner in 2 days (plans change!)..,,Chef Robert was just what I was looking for! He arrived very early, did all his prep in my little kitchen.... and served up the tastiest dishes! Our shrimp Etouffee 1st course could have been the whole meal, so tasty & sweet....the ribeyes, the Commanders Palace salad & a bourbon pecan bread pudding was applauded by everyone.
